155: Testing, Testing


Preparing to grout the rough test piece I made this weekend for the backsplash project.


Grouted test piece. I'm so excited to get to work on the real thing, and so glad I did this test piece to work out some of the details.

    Thanks, everybody! The abstract design of the test piece is probably a bit misleading-- the full piece consists of a simple Celtic design, trinity knot in the center and a different knot/ border in the corners. Still, my personal style tends to the abstract, so perhaps the tester will prove to be not so very misleading.
