Continuing with my personal challenge to post one photo per day, depending on the circumstances. (Psst: you can see more here. Did I choose the best one for today?)
I think you picked the winner! Most interesting composition, although I like all three. Not sure if I'd prefer this one in sharper focus, or if the blur is interesting in itself. That's the cool thing about photography, there's no one right answer/choice.
Nice capture of movement. It's a theme I've been meaning to take on for awhile, and you're wonderful example of that feeling in this photo will help give me the nudge I need to try it out.
A theme I've noticed is that *people* are what we want to look at in photos. We may be drawn to photograph beautiful moments in nature or a domestic still life, but it's the inclusion of a person that really draws us in. I've been trying to work with that idea a little while keeping with the idea that this project is *not* about photographs of people, or more precisely, portraits.
Thanks for your comments, guys! Jess, I wish the tunnel itself were in better focus, but I like the blurred action.

ReplyDeleteThis is such an interesting (and awesome) photo, Johannah!

ReplyDeleteI agree with Meg, movement is the winner
